Stop being the bottle neck in your own business...

Sound familiar?

  • Every decision still runs through you.
  • Growth is creating more fires, not more profit.
  • Your team works hard, but no one owns the outcome.
  • You know what's broken. You just don't have time to fix it.

That's not a people problem. It's an operations problem, and it's fixable.

What a Turnaround could look like...

Experience you can trust

When I joined The Zero Card as founding COO, providers weren't being paid on time. That led to balance billing, and we were losing clients. I found the vendor issues behind it and got providers paid within contract terms. Faster turnaround rebuilt our reputation, and we started signing new providers and clients again.

The result: employer clients grew from 24 to 117, monthly referrals from 500 to 1,575, and monthly GMV from $751K to over $2.5M.

  • EOS Operating System: Scorecard, Rocks, Level 10 meetings and IDS, set up and running. I've served as Integrator myself.
  • New Manager Toolkit: training, a playbook and workbook for new leaders.
  • Quarterly Ops Review: an outside view each quarter, so problems are caught early.

Fractional COO

  • As a fractional COO, I own the operating system of the business: the meeting cadence, the scorecard and KPIs, quarterly priorities, process design and documentation, vendor performance, and the cross-functional issues that fall between departments.

  • As a fractional COO, I own the operating system of the business: the meeting cadence, the scorecard and KPIs, quarterly priorities, process design and documentation, vendor performance, and the cross-functional issues that fall between departments.
  • Once the CEO sets direction, I drive execution and hold the team accountable to it. If you run on EOS, I have served as the EOS Integrator, running the weekly Level 10 meetings, quarterly sessions, Scorecard, and Rocks.
  • I advise on decisions where operations have a stake but someone else owns the call. These include strategy and growth bets, senior hiring, pricing, new products, budget, technology selection, and compliance.
  • I bring the operational reality: what it will cost to deliver, whether we have the capacity, and what needs to happen first.
